Jim and Leslie Wilson

Jim and Leslie have been married since 1985. They lived in the Kansas City area until 1994 when they moved to Springfield, Missouri. The move has been a positive change for their family.  As hobbies, they enjoy riding on their own motorcycles and being involved with Lady Cruisers of the Ozarks, a local chapter of Women on Wheels. They also love their dog, Sammy, a 190 pound English Mastiff. Watch out though, they also have their conceal and carry permits because they enjoy shooting small pistols on their small farm for fun. They have one horse, Buddy, who is great for anyone to ride. They love to bowl but aren’t on a league; they simply enjoy throwing the ball down the lane. Currently, Leslie is also a CPA with her own practice where Jim is the firm administrator. Together they make a great team and have hearts of a teacher. Their many life experiences help them in their financial coaching with individuals and couples. Jim also has a pastoral degree from a local college in Springfield, giving him a knowledge of the Word in helping direct people in their finances according to Scripture. They have two sons:  Michael, 21, and Christopher, 20. Michael helped design this website and recently graduated Devry University in Kansas City with a computer security degree. Michael also plays the piano, guitars, and drums, and he is very talented with art. Michael recently got married to a lovely lady, Cassy, who he met at church. She also recently graduated from college with a graphic arts degree. Michael currently works for FishNet Security in KC. 

Chris enjoys physical fitness. He is a certified personal fitness trainer and tries to keep all our employees fit too. He is currently in pre-med classes at Drury University in Springfield, MO. Chris works in the office when needed and at Federal Express part time while in College.

Business Direction

Our Financial coaching business has grown due to our heart-of-a-teacher mentality. We have been there and done that, and we want to help others. During our many years of personal and small business counseling, we saw a need for a financial training office, so we started Prosperity Partners LLC. 

Our business focuses on helping people with their personal and business finances. We have learned the process of being a success in both business and personal finances from many scholars and millionaires and our own personal experiences. Our name “Prosperity Partners” comes from our goal of coming alongside people and helping them prosper too.

We help coach people on how to get out of debt and how to stay out of debt; to build a budget and live within their means; to understand that contentment, true satisfaction, understanding, and true peace comes from walking daily with the true Prince of Peace, our Lord Jesus. Our businesses are all Christian based with the highest level of integrity; client referrals are the main source of our business.  We are currently searching for state-of-the-art facilities to host our classes on becoming debt free.
